SHIPPING/HANDLING:
We use the US Postal Service for both domestic and
international shipping. For shipping within the
Continental US the shipping charge is $5.00 for your
entire order.
For orders shipped to HI and AK the shipping rate is $8
for the entire order.
For international orders the shipping rate varies
depending upon destination and weight/size of package.
Please email us for a shipping quote prior to placing
your order. Please note that you will also be
responsible for any governmental taxes, etc. commonly
imposed upon imported goods.

MERCHANDISE CONDITION: All
shirts are inspected prior to shipping for defects.
For sanitary reasons all Tee Shirt orders are final sales
and cannot be returned. This practice ensures
our customers receive factory fresh merchandise.
PAYMENT OPTIONS: We offer Secure
Socket Layer encryption for sensitive credit card
information . We accept
American Express, Discover, Mastercard and Visa Card
as well as credit card and electronic check payments through Paypal. We also accept checks
and money orders. We do not ship COD.
It is suggested that you use Paypal to submit payment
using your personal check as it speeds up the process.
We use
Americart,
a secure shopping cart service. To deliver credit
card information from the customer (you) to the merchant
(FairyShirtShop, a division of Lacey Lady's) with the minimum
possibility of exposure to prying eyes Americart
uses secure data encryption. The information is
encrypted between the customer and the shopping cart and
again between the shopping cart and ourselves.
Upon submitting an order you will receive an email
confirmation. FavoriteShirtShop will also
receive a confirmation of the order - but minus your
credit card number. We obtain your credit card
information from a secure, Hacker-Safe certified daily
site associated with Americart. In no
way will the combination of your credit card number and
your credit card expiration date be printed on any form
or be contained in any email from FavoriteShirtShop, a
division of Lacey Lady's. When we process an order we do not
print out your credit card number.
FavoriteShirtShop
is a division of LaceyLady's and your purchase at
FavoriteShirtShop.com will be noted on your credit card
statement as LaceyLady's or Lacey Lady's Collectibles.
SALES
TAX:
We are located in Pennsylvania and are required by law to collect 6.00% sales tax
for orders delivered to PA.
BACK ORDERS: Most
orders are shipped within 7 to 10 business
days. We try to have every item listed
on our website in stock. Usually when we reorder
an item it is back in our inventory in two weeks.
RETURNS:
For sanitary reasons all Tee Shirt orders are final
sales and cannot be returned. If you receive an
incorrect item please notify us via email.
You MUST obtain a Return Authorization Number before
returning the item.
PRIVACY STATEMENT:
